Surely enough, i was asked to extend... Haha... But it was more of a casual remark, so i just said i cant next week. I still have so much to get done! But my supervisor (is that wat i should call her? lol) doesn't put any stress on me at all... I barely stayed back 5 mins to do a bit more, she kept telling me to go home. Haha... She said just do wat i can~ Talk about stress-free job.

Amazingly, i din feel that slpy today. Even after my filling lunch~ Grilled fish with mushroom sauce is good! And relatively cheap =D Just 2 more days of staring at the com for hours... 2 more days of waking up early... 2 more days of squeezing into the trains during the morning peak hours... 2 more days before i can officially hand in my time sheets...! Im glad to have worked there and gotten to know some really friendly colleagues though. No matter what, im still looking forward to the end.

That aside, i think im lacking calcium! I need to drink milk, lots of it~ That's it... 2 glasses per day, one in the morning and one at night. That's a big improvement for someone who seldom drinks milk. Don't wanna have to turn to anlene... =S





My last Monday at work... Let's all hope so =X Haha... I just got a speadsheet with 14000+ numbers to check last friday! Omg... i only finished 500+? There's no way i can complete that and the giro stuff left undone. But i really dun wanna think about that, i'll just do what i can and see how it goes~

On my way home today, i understood why ek despise "aunties" so much. While on the long escalator down to the nel platform, the train arrived and people started rushing down. I didn't bother cos the train was too crowded anyway... So i just stood to a side. By the time i reached the platform, the door was closed and preparing to leave le... But this auntie behind me, starting squeezing her was through the crowd and pushing me all the way to the corner... -.-" lagging effect? Cannot understand... Im sure not all aunties are that bad, but sometimes just one that gives us a bad impression we generally have the same view on all aunties. Btw, i dun hate them or anything~

Anyways, on the train i saw this cute baby boy in a pram... He was so preoccupied with playing with his legs and making funny faces. But when the train jerked and his mom lost her balance slightly, he started laughing out loud! Haha... it was so cute and funny! I seldom hear babies like him laugh like that, especially not when his mom nearly fell~ I can't imagine what he'll grow up to be like... Lol...

Did i say i shouldn't mention about other people on my blog? =X Haha... it's not possible when i have nothing interesting about myself to blog about. Hmm... What about... Im getting fat! Sitting in an aircon office, facing the com all day and eating chocs to keep awake is really deadly. I was still trying to console myself that im just getting bloated cos my period coming... But... It's not the case! Sad truth... And with all the snacks my mom bought back from Japan, how am i to resist! Im like hooked on the pistachio snacks and eating while i type... Omg! Save me!





I dun normally get approached by guys... But it just scares me! Omg... I was waiting for bus home when this black guy approached me, im always suspicious of strangers' intentions at first but i realised he means no harm... Still i was worried lah, and really din know how to react. I just wanted my bus to come immediately! Which of cos didn't happen... -.-

So this is how the conversation went...
Guy: Hi
Me: *pretends not to hear*
Guy: How are you?
Me: *freaking out*
Guy: You look tired...
Me: Huh?
Guy: *repeats*
Me: Erm... no...
-silence-

I thot tt was the end of it.... But...
Guy: You live in Serangoon? (we were at a serangoon bus stop)
Me: Huh?
Guy: Serangoon...
Me: Oh... Erm... Somewhere aroud... *praying that he would just disappear!*
Guy: Im from England... I come to singapore every year... -blah blah blah-
Me: *too scared to hear wat he was actually saying*
Guy: I know we just met but i really like you... So i was hoping to get your number so that we can keep in touch when i come to sg at the end of the year... Maybe i can call you out for dinner or something *takes out hp*
Me: *wanted to die...* EERRR!! No thank you...
Guy: Aww... I know we just met but i like you...
Me: No thanks... So sorry *praying hard for the bus to come!*
-short silence-

Guy: You have a boyfriend?
Me: Yes~
Guy: Aww...
-finally the bus arrived!!!-

Me: *Standing up and smiled out of courtesy*
Guy: *smile* Bye...
Me: Bye bye~ *dashes off to the bus!*

I know i was behaving like and idiot... An unfriendly one for that matter. But i was simply too freaked out! Lol... Luckily there were quite a few people at the bus stop, or else it would have been even more awkward. Im thankful he didn't follow me up the bus too! or else i'd really just die...

Well, that was some experience... Now that im typing it out i find it kinda funny, but that doesnt mean i wanna go through any of that again! Oh no no no!! Lol...

Yes, just one more week to go... provided i dun get an extension. Can't wait to get my pay! Gosh! Extremely bright lightening just flashed~ It's been raining quite a lot lately, especially in the mornings. Made me so reluctant to go to work... And as a result i was a little late the past few days but cant compare to some of the colleagues there =X Haha...

Ah! Lightning and thunder again! It's nice to get cuddled up under the blanket on rainy nights, but not when the thunder keeps giving me a shock! There it goes again! Lol... Anyways, i think many people are going to work late as a result of the rain. Cos the bus that i normally take was packed today! the driver din even bother to stop and i thot that only happens in ntu =X Haha... The driver did signal to us that a bus is coming up behind, but this girl in front of me was like flagging non-stop for the bus. The funny thing was that she glared at the bus as it went by... Like those super pissed glare that u will use if u really hated someone so much that u wished he/she was dead. Even as the bus drove away, she just stared until it was out of sight! Like wat's the point lah... Lol... Maybe she couldn't tell tt it was too packed for anyone to squeeze up. Just found it pretty amusing... U know, having a boring lifestyle makes stuff like that seem interesting... So dun blame me!

Heh... Oh well... Havent been getting enough sleep for the whole of this week, so time for me to get some rest!





I know the title for this entry is class bbq... but before i write about that, i just found out something pretty freaky. Ok, so im a whim... But so what? Apparently a ab102 tutor just googled "ab102 tutor" and found my blog entry complaining about one of my ex-tutors. I think from now on i should always refrain from mentioning anyone in my entries. Im just kinda amazed at the stuff ppl search for online~

On with the main part of this entry~ Just came back from my class bbq at sam's. It's was really nice... Lots of food and quite a lot of ppl turned up! Thanks sam and ur family (including hannah =X) for preparing all the stuff! Like i said before, it's just nice to meet up every once in a while =)

It was a waste that the indonesian channel did now show the 9pm match, so we ended up playing zhong ji mi ma and stuff like that. I think im pretty lucky to have had the least to drink (i think) =P Hee... The only prob of the nite was when we reached heartland mall bus stop to go home, i suddenly realised everyone was taking a cab back and i was left alone! Pang seh kias!! Lol... But good thing there was still the last bus at 12+ and felt kinda strange not to have my mom asking me when i'll be home, suddenly too much freedom =X

Came home to clear up the left over soup from dinner and all of s sudden it's 1+ already~ Must go wash up and rest le... Gonna have a better day tmr =) Sweet dreams





1 week and 1 day down! Haha... It was quite an interesting work day today. Had lunch with my colleagues at cine's ljs~ They're damn funny lah! They're suaning power is much stronger than me and all my friends combined! Haha... Ok, kua zhang but it's damn hilarious. Lol...

I guess it was a good day in all... Started off by having breakfast with my mom at sr gdn mkt, then tt interesting lunch with my colleagues. Best of all, I din feel tt slpy all day~ Maybe cos it's friday! Weekends are here! Speaking of which, my mom just went off to japan for the next few days... Din bring me along! =X Haha... oh well, hope she has a good trip anyways =)

Class bbq tmr! No idea wat the plan is at the moment, but there's still time to find out tmr morning. It's just nice to have time to catch up with them.

So tired tt i fell aslp just now~ I guess the lack of slp the past few nites is taking its toll on me. Going out too much after work le =X Hee... Actually it's more like staying out late lah.

Tues was like meet friends day.. Haha... Eileen and shan came to the comcentre canteen for lunch with me! So sweet of them right... Plus the food there is cheap and good lah, so got extra incentives to come =P Do drop by more often! Hee... Then managed to get tix for Da Vinci Code after work. I din really expect to get seats cos tix were selling fast again... Ended up with the 1st 2 seats 2nd row from the back, Quite a good seat! Except... It was couple seats... With ek?! Lol... Ok lah, it's kinda more spacious tt way, and it's easier to share snacks! Haha... The Da Vinci Code book is nicer than the movie, i feel. But still the movie was pretty good~

Midweek! 2 more days to the weekend... Should really start sleeping early tonight. Hopefully my short nap just now wun keep me awake till late again.





Really couldn't take it during work today, too slpy cos i din manage to slp early the nite before. Nevertheless, the day ended well =) Din get to watch The Da Vinci Code as planned, but still had a pleasant time.

I know im kinda slow lah, Da Vinci open for almost a month le but still havent watched... Watched X-men 3 and Over The Hedge before tt and now dunno whether got chance to watch or not. But seems like there're still a lot of ppl who hasn't caught the show! More than half the cinema is booked days before the time slot... They really should have a bigger cinema for tt show. Oh well, it doesnt really matter... At the worst, can still rent dvd to watch when it's out =P

Another long day checking hp numbers tmr~ As long as i dun feel too slpy again i guess i'll be fine. Btw, thanks eileen for replying my smses and keeping me company through the day! Haha... Kept me awake for most part of the day =P And also thanks to shan for ur calculations to motivate me! Haha... I have such thoughtful and nice friends. Heh...

So first day of work went pretty well... Quite slack and im enjoying it~ Haha... although it's Boring with a capital B~ At least i get to listen to music while working, and the people there are nice. So far so good! But i dun guarantee that i wun be complaining some time soon when it gets way too boring =X

It just so happens that it's the manager's last day today, so i got to eat ice cream cake! Haha... yummy ice cream cake~ And the canteen there sells cheap and good food as shan has already told me =D

Right now im just tired... Got home not too long ago from my cousin's place. Celebrated her bday and with a bunch of crazy cousins snapping photos throughout the night, it's hard not to get tired. Lol... Ok, it was more like ONE crazy cousin =P I enjoyed myself though~

While waiting for my hair to dry... Time to watch some d/led shows! =D





Finally~ Im surprised at how fast i managed to complete this whole thing! If not for the down time of blogger's site last night, i would've completed it a lot earlier. But tt's not the point, just glad to finally see something different on my blog =P

Over The Hedge is so cute~ Hammy the hyperactive squirrel is so funnY! And the 3 porcupine kids are so adorable~! Haha... it's quite a nice show... Dreamworks did a good job =) Only managed to find the 3 characters above that were cuter... Verne, Hammy and Ozzie~ The naked turtle, squirrel with a sugar rush and of cos the possum that acts dead!

Did you know race car is also race car spelled backwards? Haha... i just found out yesterday and thot it was quite interesting =X
